Dr. Andres Fernando Sosa, MD

Dr. Sosa was great during my stay at Baptist. He asked me to get a follow up appointment to see Him 2 weeks after my discharge.... It's been almost a month and it has been impossible to get an appointment with him, nor with someone at his office. I call and the receptionist tells me there are no appointments available any time soon. I believe the only way I will be able to see Him again is if I go to the ER and get admitted to the hospital.

Mi experience with doctor Sosa was very bad, and the fastest way to lose money with a doctors appointment. He was not empathetic, he was on a rush and didn’t have time to deal with my problems. That is not what I’m looking for in a doctor. When I had questions he did not take time or the patience to explain anything.... i’m not going back again ever, and I would not recommend him to anyone.

Easily one of the quickest waste of money I've ever transacted. This experience embodied the problem with the healthcare system in Miami. Employees with minimum English, doctors who choose not to listen to the patient, and establishment who charge atrocious fees. Frankly I got better service and honesty from an urgent care doctor than this pulmonologist. To add, when I called to ask the doctor a question about the drugs he prescribed I never received a call back until it was time to comeback for a check up to pay them more money. Shame on them.

I highly recommend Dr. Sosa to anyone. He is smart, affable, knows how to explain in simple terms I can understand my medical problems. Thank you Dr. Sosa

After waiting 6 weeks for appointment they called me “The doctor is booked and can’t see you.” I said I had appt for 6 wks she then said my referral wasn't done. It so happed I had just called my primary and they gave me referral number so she said Oh he has an emergency. She gave me another appt, which I cancelled later.

Kind and very knowledgeable.

I don’t like people who think that there time is more valuable then mine They left me in a room for over 30 minutes without anyone checking on me. RUDE just unprofessional at LEAST let me know that the doctor is running late

Dr. Sosa is a smart, professional and very nice doctor. He sat with me and answered every question I had in a way I could understand. I left his office feeling like I finally knew what I had and how to handle it. I’m so thankful to him.

Dr. Sosa was curteous and took the time to sit with me and explain my diagnosis and plan of care in detail.

Dr. Sosa has splendid bedside manners. I came to him after having been seen many years by different pulmonologists for shortness of breath, Dr. Sosa was able to give me a diagnosis and appropriate treatment. I'm deeply grateful to him.
