Dr. Andrew DR Brown

Dr. Brown is an efficient Dr. and is loyal to his patients. Dr. Brown is busy, but he takes care of my needs in an efficient and timely way. I travel from central Jersey to see him, because this practice has always taken care of my medical needs.

Made an appointment for 4:00 and was told to come in at 3:30 so I could complete paperwork. I arrived at 3:40, and: completed the paperwork in 15 minutes. It is just past 4:30 and I am still waiting. No one has said anything to me at all. If I wasn't in such pain, I would leave.Also, their magazines are from 2010 and 2011. If you do make the mistake of picking this doctor, bring your own book.

I just left Dr. Brown's office after waiting an hour in smock with back exposed and never seeing the Dr. I had a 4:00pm appt. I arrived at 3:53pm. His so called assistant, who looks as inept as my grocery bag boy asked me two questions, " right handed or left handed" and "the pain is in the back" before telling me to slip into a smock with the back exposed. There I sat for 50 minutes, when I decided enough was enough. I walked out and the grocery boy told me, the Dr. was running a little late that he wasn't responsible. I headed for the elevator and never looked back. The Dr. was still nowhere in sight. So if you have the misfortune of choosing this Dr. You must keep in mind that waiting for at least an hour is considered "running a little late." There is no telling what time the Dr. would have seen me, perhaps 90 minutes. At no time did anyone come in to tell me that the Dr. is behind, that would have been appreciated, but here you are just a number, and represent their bottom… line.

Horrible office staff. They first told me i needed a referral and then I did not immediately prior to my visit. When I got there they let me wait in the waiting room for an hour before telling me they could not see me because I did in fact need one. Incompetence at its best.
