Office staff are a huge problem - unprofessional, uncaring and combative. They refused to honor simple requests, wouldnt return phone calls, kept changing appointments, were belligerent and totally indifferent to the concerns of the patient. When we called to address these concerns after having several issues, had to listen to his combative secretary talk over, not listen, and even provide false information. So we asked the dr to call us to discuss. He never did that. Instead he sent us a certified letter in the mail telling us he wouldnt provide care anymore because we were verbally abusive to his secretary on the phone. Never experienced anything like that before. That office is a complete nightmare. Beware.

He performed multiple neck, and spinal surgeries........amazing doctor.......its been 10 years since my surgeries......i have rods, plates, and screws.........

I have had many surgeries over my 59 years. When I went into Dr Cappuccino's office he went into immediate action. Did a direct admission to the hospital and surgery the next day. I could only walk with the assistance of my husband and had spent a year seeing other Drs and Specialists and you name it. NO ONE HELPED. The pain was unlike anything I had ever been in including child birth. When I was taken to surgery the pain was so bad that I was vomiting and couldn't stop. The anesthesiologist put me right under. I woke up in my room. Zero pain and thinking I was pumped up with drugs. My husband informed me of the mess that my spine was in and NO I was not pumped up on drugs. Dr Cappuccino and his team fixed me. This man and his team were Angels sent by God for me. I hope he is around for a very long time doing what he does. If I ever need a spine specialist again, without question, I am going to Dr. Cappuccino.

So very disgusted!!! My husband is in far worse shape after a botched surgery & horrific hospital (stay clear of Eastern Niagara in Lockport)! He has had so many complications through the last few years & continues to suffer horrible pain 24/7!

The Dr. is great and very up to date with treatment options. Takes his time discussing everything with you and answers all your questions. His staff on the other hand is the worst. It's hard to believe such a wonderful Dr. has such a awful staff. My guess is he's just to nice to fire them all. They are rude, unprofessional and act as if they own the practice. The last thing you want to deal with when your in pain is this staff. If he had a better staff it would be the best place to go hands down..

I am 18 months out from double back surgeries with Dr. Cap and am still amazed with his work. Would not allow anyone else to touch my spine.

Guy is awful. Makes people worse than they were before surgery. All he wants to do is cut you open. He would put 8 screws in an 8 yr old with a bruise if he could. Im not a patient but I work in a hospital that he used to operate i mean butcher at and see countless patients who are worse because of him. Then he blames every other doctor or the patient themselves if they arent better. I see Countless surgeries by other spine doctors correcting his mistakes. Theres a reason he get lawsuits against him all the time and that every hospital kicks him out of there. Beware your pain will be worse if you see him.

Dr is a butcher only wants money Diane in the office is very very rude unprofessional along with the other office staff. His PA is a moron and tells you things opposite of what the Dr says And he did not save that football player he stood there and watched another Professional real Dr due the surgery and he was fired by the Buffalo Bills There are plenty of other caring Drs not this guy

Office staff terrible,rude, Dr is terrible only wants to cut you open and if you don't do it they will not see you anymore NOT AFFILLATED WITH ANY HEALTHCARE SYSTEM hospitals do not want him in their ORs health insurance carriers dropped him Don't go there!! make you wait to see Dr for hours then tell you have to reschedule

I would like to somehow speak with the person who wrote this review. I believe I may have been in his office when you or someone associated with you called his office. Myself, the jury is still out on how I feel about this doctor. I do feel that I wasn't given much info after my surgery and I had quite a number of areas of nerve damage after my lower back surgery. As far as the office staff, I have called the office numerous times, twice after falling, only to be told they were in surgery and told to call another doc. Are you kidding me? I have this huge surgery and can't get a return phone call! Diana has called me back several times and has been very short n rude. I just received s call from the doctor this am only because I sent a three page letter explaining my concerns. As I said, for me, the jury is still out
