Dr Fanous has a wonderful team at Inova/ Virginia . I very much admire his honesty, skills, and the way he explains medical issues to his patient. Great to have him.

Dr Fanous and his nurses were attentive to my concerns and they were very professional In including me In the decision-making for my care/treatment. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family, as their concern for your health needs are above reproach!

I had no idea how bad my life was before the surgery until this spinal surgery cleared all the problems. Dr Fanous was courteous, professional and thoughtful, never over-promising results or dismissing my concerns. He explained all challenges in the procedure honestly. His office is efficient and thorough as well, the surgical team top notch. All referrals (PT, pain mgmt, etc) were great with constant checks from his office to see if they performed as expected. No compromises, nor slights, nor dismissive arrogance that I experienced interviewing other surgeons.

Dr. Fanous performed an excellent surgery on me, replacing 3 disc in my neck. I haven’t, had any pain since the surgery and all of the body problems have all been resolved. His office personnel are polite, professional and a delite to be around. My good quality of life has been restored because of the care provided by Dr. Fanous and his staff.
