Excellent Dr help for new Dr in Pensacola

Disregard any and ALL negative reviews, which are very few. Yes, scheduling has been an issue in the past and wait time, certainly longer than most but HERE IS THE DEAL FOLKS... Dr. Gross has an extremely long wait, due to the fact that he is in HIGH DEMAND. He spends a great deal of time with his patients and this guy TRULY CARES ABOUT PEOPLE!! I understand that pain does warrant an URGENT RESPONSE but Dr. Gross has also added a highly competent ARNP, Laura Holland and a new pain physician, Dr. George Soliman, as well. He takes great strides to offer his VERY BEST, to each and every patient. If you were ever denied before getting into the door, you have to remember, There is a BIG difference between a PAIN patient and a patient in PAIN.

While the medical procedure is very good Dr Gross and this Pain Mgmt department have definitely a problem scheduling patients. I have a 150pm appointment and It is now 250pm and I'm still waiting to be called. This type of delay is not the first time. Pretty awful and inconsiderate ! It is like my time is not valuable. If you run late you should let patients know. Many of us run a business and have a work schedule. Scheduling appointments is definitely the very weak part of this operation !!!

Dr Gross is the most respected and knowledgeable Doctor I have ever encountered. His injections have saved me from terrible pain. His knowledge of the body and how it functions is outstanding. I most highly recommend Dr. Gross.

Just moved to Florida from California after seeing a pain management doc for years. My primary doc referred me to Dr. Gross. Painful process as you again need to bring records which I even brought my cds of mris and ct scans. I need an occipital nerve injection. After five weeks the staff call me to tell me he wouldn’t see me. Originally they told me it was between me and him about care etc. not a drug seeker. I am discouraging primary care docs to stop referrals as he is either too busy or unable to handle this procedure. Perhaps not a money maker. Disappointing and a waste of my time and my primary care. I assume the bulldog mentality is from him and not the staff. I like to be treated better and in a timely fashion

Much better than my prior pain doctor from Naples. Dr Gross is very intelligent, kind, sharp... Very respectful and caring of ones needs.
