Dr. Andrew Bum Soo Kim, DO

Dr. Kim didn't even speak with me when he performed my injection. He just gave the shot and left. I have a foot long bruise on the injection site which is two weeks old. When I went for a followup with his PA I was left in an exam room for 1 1/4 hours with no one even opening the door or a magazine to read. I finally left after it became clear I wasn't going to be seen and no one bothered to tell me.

Dr Andrew Kim was unprofessional. He made an assumption about me & treated me like I was nothing. I would rather deal with my pain then to ever step foot in his office again. Horrible person to be in this field.

Dr. Kim is the kindest doctor I have ever seen. He realizes that patients are people not files. He is young but his bed side manner is far superior to peers with ten times the experience. His age is an advantage. He is highly intelligent and listens to everything you say. The best part about him is that he is non judgmental. He makes his decisions about everything based on how you are now, not how your file says you are. Any patient that ever does anything negative to hurt him will have to deal with me. I am only kind of joking. Good doctors like him are so rare!!!
