Dr. Andrew Lee, MD

Called Dr Lee as he’s my dad PCP, and my father had tested positive for Covid. My father at 75, is not adept at navigating the medical system and didn’t think he could reach the Dr on Friday late afternoon to prescribe meds. When Dr Lee called me back he was immediately curt and unbecoming as a ‘family doctor’. He didn’t want to speak to me but thankfully called my father but then told him it was going to be $1k for the meds. I can appreciate if Dr Lee did not want to prescribe the meds if he felt they were not effective but then present evidence of ineffectiveness, not false information about the cost. He ultimately prescribed meds and the pills were free at CVS. My father is the caretaker of my mother who has dementia. Dr. Lee presented as defensive, unhelpful & ineffective.

I love the personal touch that I receive from Dr. Lee.

Never rushes, calls to inform of test results and very thorough.
