Dr. Andrew John Losiniecki, MD

I was originally diagnosed, in the South suburbs of Chicago, with neuropathy. It went on like this (sometimes EXTREME numbing down the left leg) for about four years. I would go out to walk at the Little Red Schoolhouse to 'shake it out', 'get moving'. Some days I would quickly turn back, becoming concerned that if I went too far, how would I get back ? Dr. Losiniecki was referred to me (after moving to Southwestern Michigan), by someone with spine problems, whom I viewed as sincere. At my first office visit with the doctor, he pin-pointed what he thought the problem was ; arthritis in the lower lumbar region, cutting off the nerves to the (especially) lower left leg. (neuropathy now ruled-out). We set up surgery, got it done, and, after some residual occurrences during his stated 'recovery time frame' (he was right-on with this time frame), today the problem has vanished as if it there was never a concern. All of my previous symptoms are only a memory now. I was… VERY fortunate to find Dr Losiniecki.

Dr Losiniecki looked at my old MRI'S. He right away ordered a MRI as he saw a problem in the Thoracic and Cervical Spine. I Had the MRI today and waiting for my appointment Tuesday to get a plan put in place to fix the problems. Very satisfied so far. Thanks Dr.

They got me in quick for first visit, which resulted in me getting surgery within 48hrs. After less then 5 hrs. @ Unity hospital I went home and within 2 weeks back to work. Thank you, Andy.

I have had 2 painful surgeries by this Dr. If you can call him that... The first surgery i had seem like it was going well but with in months. I started getting major hip,leg and thigh muscle cramps,burning and painful spasms and my back was in a lot of pain still. It was horrible and i had to be rushed to the hospital for days in major pain.. not even the pain medication stop the pain. I find out a week later after getting out of the hospital certain levels failed due to him putting in the wrong size rod/screws. So, i thought he knew what the heck he was doing the second time around but i was wrong....After the second surgery my life has been a living nightmare. My back is in 24/7 pain i can't even lie down anymore. My thighs, hips and butt are all numb and burning....Please lets take about my feet they are on fire almost all the time but especially when i lie down. My life is horrible. I never ever had back surgery before in my life and to think i put my trust in this so call Dr. My… is ruin due to what i have to go through everyday...All i wanted was some what of a pain free life but now that's all over with due to Dr. Andrew Losiniecki...This Dr. seem so nice in the beginning after the first surgery. I even told him that my back on down was feeling numb but he said it would leave soon. I said ok but after the second surgery i told him something was wrong.. the numbness and pain had gotten worse that's when he change from nice to offended. ( I know why this Dr. left the other practice???????)... It's a shame the way other Doctors cover their own even when their wrong......not only when they do their dirt but in how they do not have any concern for the patience's care. It's all about the MONEY and how many people they can cram into their office a day. Now that's honesty for you. This Dr. can rest day and night but i can't due to his botched surgeries. I have no where to turn my life is ruin.......I don't even what to give this so call Dr. a star but i guess i have to....Dr. Andrew Losiniecki you really need to take your time in doing your surgeries right and stop thinking about the MONEY. Show some concern and really, really listen to your patience when their telling you something doesn't seem right. And don't get offended.........You have to really learn some patience because you do not have it.. And understanding...... Please,Please learn what patience is when it comes to your concern for others in your care. ( 24/7 suffering). There's no relief in my life thank you for ruining my life.

Two surgeries, thoracic and lumbar. Could not have found a better surgeon.

I would not recommend to anyone. He told me what he would do for me and sent me for tests. He knew my problems at the time of the office visit. He was to call me within a couple of days and never got back to me. I was told through another of my doctors he would not do the procedure. Dr. L did not have the guts to call and tell me himself. I went to another doctor for a second opinion. He stated I could have the procedure or suggested first trying a back brace. Dr. L. did not even suggest a brace. I don't believe this doctor has enough experience in this field.

Since this was a first time experience for neurological problems, I was quite concerned about options but after seeing Dr. Losiniecki and listening to his explanation of what needed to be done to eliminate the pain I was dealing with, I made an immediate decision to schedule surgery which took place within the week. I did wonderful throughout everything and continue to do so. There has never been a moment when I wished that I had not had the surgery. I will continue with this group if any other problems occur.
