Dr. Andrew Mrowiec, MD

I called today to get a fax number, and she kept putting me on hold for 5 to 10 and almost 15min. The last time i called her, I did say you are not going to put me on hold again, I to work in a medical office setting. i do not keep people on hold for minutes on end and with an attitude like that it is a wonder she has a job at all. Dr. Mrowiec you need to evaluate your staff.

Great doctor with a big experience. His office is very effective, very professional and kind.

Dr. Mrowiec is one of the best physician's I have ever been too. I've been coming here for over 8 years and him and his staff have been amazing! Bed side manor is great and he has always been able to answer any questions I might have for him. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for doctor.

I just cannot say enough good things. After seeing him 2 or 3 times I was well again.

Hour long wait in waiting room, then a student will take about 30 mins to review and update your chart on the computer, then you'll finally be seen with Dr. Mrowiec who's bedside manner is rude and insulting, he spends under 5-8 minutes with you and only gives 30 day prescriptions and wants to see you once a month. 2 hours total time from start to finish.

does not call back when something is impotant

Waited hours with other sick people scheduled at the same time! Talking in the waiting room there were at least 5 of us booked in 30-40minutes for one doctor! All he cares about is making money. Like a factory get us in and an out quick- he is not so quick, with all of his "assistants he demands you to see" he pushes us on them to repeate ourselves 3 times, 1 the actual nurses that he is also rude to 2 the " assistant in training" and finally 3 doc. No wonder why it takes over an hour to be seen. I'm sick why do you think I want to repeat myself 3 times.. He is rude to his staff as well, that shows me just about all I need. Dr.Andrew can not see 2 patients in 30 minutes so why was I scheduled the same time as 4 other patients. G-R-E-E-D-Y and All that he to send my antibiotic to the pharmacy again. With that said I will be changing my doctor he is getting worse!

Dr.Mrowiec is vary caring professional doctor and with the new addition of the female NP has made me never want to change offices ( femal to female) a good decision. The wait time is a little lengthy but he is a great provider and i would expect nothing less than for him to have a full waiting room.Needles to say many of the staff have come and gone that have been not so nice but there is one nurse I must mention as I have know her as long as Dr.Mrowiec! Hope is the most wonderful kindhearted nurse with a beautiful smile that is for one Docs right hand girl, there is nothing that she can not do and wouldn't do for the patients. She has gone out if her way to help not just myself and family but other patients with appointments and patients that just walk in demanding things and she dose it with a smile on her face while Doc is in her other ear giving her 20 more things to do. With that smile on her face and how she handles everything in that office lets me know she truly cares about… me, my family and every other patient or not yet a patient that walks threw that door! I do love my doctor and the care I receive but if he ever looses HOPE I am just not sure my feelings would be the same a she can NOT be replaced! She will find a brief min to say hello asking about the family or asking other patients how their vacation was or how their mother - who is not a patient- how she remembers these little things I have no clue as to there are so many of us but she dose and it means a lot to me as well as all of the other patients as we have spoken about how lovely she is -while waiting-and everyone agrees! So in short Dr is great new nurse is sweet but Hope makes the office and you feel better before you even see doc! I highly recommend this office as long as Hope is there it will always be my doctors office!

I would like to agree that the doctor is indeed very nice and caring towards his patients. He spends a lot of time talking with his patients to get a thorough examination and diagnoses. He also squeezes patients into the schedule, including myself and family, even when it's busy for an emergency appointment. These two reasons are what I believe is why the wait time is occasionally longer than it should be. I disagree with the previous review because I've never had any problems with Kelsey, she was always very polite and helpful to my family and I. Unfortunatly she no longer works at dr Mroweics office. But the whole office staff is very sweet and helpful and always have been. Very smiley group that seem to brighten my day. So everyone has their own opinion but i can say my family and I recommend this doctor to anyone. It's hard to find a caring doctor nowadays.

First, just let me say the Doctor is very nice. However, some of his staff leaves some doubt. Kelsey, an office worker, has been overheard referring to the patients as "nothing more than dirt" and other complaints behind their backs. She also hesitates to schedule afternoon appointments so she isn't inconvenienced in having to stay late. Knowing that I would continue to receive this sort of un-welcome, I would not trust returning to this office until there's a turn over of staff. But if you're desperate then take your chances because otherwise the doctor is acceptable.
