Andrew Nemecek, M.D. is a board certified neurosurgeon who specializes in treating disorders of the spine. He has extensive experience in the surgical treatment of complex spinal disorders such as scoliosis, tumors, and trauma, as well as common problems such as herniated discs, sciatica, and lumbar stenosis. Dr. Nemecek believes in a collaborative approach to the care of patients with neck or back pain, and tailors specific treatment plans utilizing exercise, therapy, injections, and surgery when appropriate to ensure the best possible outcome for each patient.

Dr. Nemecek received training in spinal surgery at the University of Washington from both the orthopedic surgery department as well as the neurological surgery department. He spent seven years in a university hospital setting after residency, performed research funded by the National Institutes of Health, published numerous scientific articles and chapters, and has given many lectures and talks at national meetings.

I saw Dr. Nemecek for the first time yesterday. He came highly recommended from several other physicians. Now I know why. I couldn’t be more pleased and am so happy to have him on my team. The entire experience at Rebound was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond what i expected. They were warm, professional, efficient and really seemed to like and care about their jobs. Dr. Nemecek greeted me warmly as though both a friend and a professional. He was very thorough and examining me and explaining the findings of my exam. His education and training distinguish him as the kind of expert we all want on our team. He was very knowledgable, personable, warm and supportive. Really seems to love what he does. I couldn’t of asked for more and he exceeded my expectations by far. Thank you Dr. Nemecek and the great staff at Rebound!

I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Nemechel. He's knowledgeable and positive. His doctor/patient interaction inspires confidence and is very pleasant. He's a wonderful surgeon.

Doctor Nemecek replaced a disc that was shot from 35 years of competitive waterskiing. Very little pain, super quick recovery, alll I can say is WOW!! Thank you doc for getting me back better than I was before!

Run, do not walk, away from Dr. Nemecek. His bedside manner is horrible. He spends more time talking about himself than listening to your issues. He might even accuse you of faking an injury because he can't figure out what is wrong, that just isn't good service. I highly discourage anyone from using his services.
