Very bad experience. Dr. Parks was not a good fit for me. I didn't feel his concern at all.

I felt very rushed through this appointment. One of my concerns I had told Ebony about, he didn't even address. I didn't mention it again to him because 1) I didn't feel he really gave a darn and 2) I would have to address it with another doctor if it continued to be an issue. He didn't show me my x-ray and explain my issues.

DR.may be competent but his staff is disgrace.Showed up for appt.and was told it was cancelled.Told I needed to go to different office for procedure.Had folowup physical appt.and was told to make follow up appt. with doctors office.When I called office told me no request was ever made.This hospitals staff is dearly in need of patient care treatment
