Dr. Andrew Jesse Pollock, MD

As a witness I saw my extremely weak, constantly vomting, pain level of 10 friend get IMMEDIATELY discharged from the hospital because he had complained of his extremely rude resident aka Dr Remirez. Dr Remirez first of all never properly introduced herself at all. She came in with no identification badge and huge annoying attitude. She constantly rolled her eyes at my friend and threatened to "prolong his treatment" a few times. Her tone of voice was disrespectful and agitated. My friend, as well as I, was offended by her behavior and asked her to leave. She refused to leave as she kept threatening my friend to significantly raise his blood pressure. It got so bad we threatened to call the cops was when she left. Then Pollock came in and told us that my friend was to be discharged today. While Pollock was listening to my friend I tried to look at the time on my phone. His words were, "what are you doing? And why are you here?" He was loud in front of a bunch of nurses and he scared me… so much. I'm only a petite Asian girl. Was it racial or was it that he stands up and supports such unprofessional behavior from our future medical doctors who apparently think they can walk around the hospital dressed unprofessionally without a badge, ignore the real meaning of bed side manners and worse send home a patient who is in dying need of medical treatment. I can only imagine what he does to other patients...
