Dr. Andrew Joseph Spoljaric, MD

I gave Dr. Spoljaric 5 stars because after trying to figure out what was going on with my muscles and after exhausting all his resources he referred me to the Cleveland Clinic and after 9 months of back and forth (6 Hours one way because they don't admit like Mayo) finally got a rare diagnosis of Generlized Dystonia and now he is helping me to manage my symptoms and being careful in treating me even trying some pool physical therapy. My husband even liked the fact that he listens to me. I would recommend him to everyone!!!!

Dr. Spoljaric always takes as much time as needed to listen to you. He will find the issue causing you problems.

Dr.Spoljaric saved my life! He didn't think I was a waste of time! like all of the rest of the neurology i kokomo!He couldn't figure out what was wrong with me.So he handed me over to the GREAT dr.Flint who also saved my life!Dr.Flint put me in st.v.hospital for a 7 day ekg video test and he found out that I had a brain tumor and brain damage that was causeing my seizures.So I had brain surgery for it.If it wasn't for dr.Spoljaric I probarby wouldn't be here today!Unfortunatly Dr.Flint got really sick 2 yrs ago and cant practice anymore:( So now I"m a patience with Dr.Spoljaric and I coulnt and wouldn't go any where else!

Best neurologist in town .... makes u feel comfortable, informed, and meaningful

Dr. Spoljaric is a wonderfully gifted Doctor. Unfortunately, he has the WORST office staff. The phones only work part of the time. So good luck with that. He is a great Doctor though. Worth dealing with the staff.

I really feel Dr. Spoljaric would prefer you have a nice insurance plan. After being a patient for so many years, and then being forced into the medicare/medicade system, I sure noticed on my graph a decline in the frequency of my "needed" visits. I think Medicare and/or Medicaid does not give him the 10% plus markup on Neurology patients, like most specialists do. I found that article with him talking about it in Washington, DC. Interesting to observe how right after that, the "need to be seen" box went from 1-3 months to "before a full calendar year is up would be fine." Very Frustrated!

My husband has Seizure Disorder and suffered for years and years, until we found Dr. Spoljaric!! He is a FANTASTIC neurologist, extremely thorough and truly listens to the patient. My husband was placed on medications that FINALLY controlled his grand mal seizure and was even able to get his driver's license back!!! Eventually, Dr. Spoljaric weaned my husband from the medication VERY slowly and he was seizure-free with NO meds for five full years!! Unfortunately, recently he did have a set back with having a seizure, but we were able to get in the very next day on the doctor's LUNCH HOUR!!! I was thrilled that he was seen so quickly after the occurence. He was placed back on meds and has been doing very well. We are so thankful for Dr. Spoljaric and his staff who are very accomodating. Staff returns calls in a very prompt manner and take their time with each patient. I can't say enough about how wonderful Dr. Spoljaric and his staff are (especially APN Ms. Sloss?) and how… extremely fortunately WE all are to have such a brillant neurologist right in Kokomo, Indiana!!!! We hope he stays FOREVER!!!

Dr.Spoljaric is an awesome physician but his office staff is the worst. The receptionist is very rude and it is impossible to get questions answered. I will not be returning and that is unfortunate because I really like the doctor.

Dr. Spoljaric is worth the wait you may have to endure to see him. He is an extremely caring, knowledgeable individual, who actually made my life worth living again after suffering a severe stroke. He never rushes you through your appointment which is why you may have to wait to see him. I would recommend him to anyone who is suffering.
