I recently located to the area, was referred by my daughter in law. First visit , I didn't feel engaged, but my last few visit have been great. I ask questions and stay on top of my health. `I brought my medical summary with me from my last provider. She has been caring. professional & listen to my concerns, follow ups are great. It's not just up to the Doctor regarding your health, we have to do our part too.

I gave her a chance to warm up and act like she cares about me as a person or is at least interested in my health as a patient, but she seems to be pretty checked out and just going through the motions. It's "what are you here for/refill sent/ bloodwork ordered/here's your referral/here's your followup to come back/goodbye." I understand there's no time for a personal touch some days, but she and her staff are like this even on days when there's few other patients. You arrive alone, leave alone--and feel alone when you're there. You're just being processed.

My mother has been going to see Dr Humphrey for a four years now. My mother suffers from Dementia and Dr Humphrey is so good with her. She’s very knowledgeable about all the new medicines and changes to current medicines. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good doctor in the Bellevue Tennessee area.

Dr H-J exhibited excellence and professionalism in the highest manner possible. Very knowledgeable and thorough! I highly recommend her!

Always 30 minutes behind schedule. She will put conditions in your medical records that are not true.

Best PCP you could ever have

This office should be ashamed at how it's run and Dr. Humphrey-Johnson should be ashamed of her sub-standard care. It takes more than a smirk and a glance to diagnose and treat a patient; she's condescending and deaf to her patients' concerns. I do not feel like I have been given good care, as half the time I have to call to remind the staff that she's prescribed me medication (usually while I'm at the pharmacy under the impression it had been done already). I don't understand how a doctor who barely spends five minutes with patients can always be running half an hour behind. In her most recent event, she scheduled me to come have bloodwork at 7:30AM, but never left a note or my paperwork that I had handed her the day before. The office staff just let me sit and wait until I inquired what was taking so long. They were going to make me wait for the doctor to come in! Why schedule a patient and leave no context?? My level of care here has been terrible. I'm not confident in this doctor… or this office and highly recommend avoiding this location at all costs.
