Dr. Angel R. Gonzalez, MD

Dr. Rodriguez is young, talented and knows how to think outside the box. He mixes common sense with traditonal and nature based solutions, to help his patients achieve improved health. He is one of the few physicians who actually listens and has a wonderful personality. I'm glad I know a doctor like him who is there to help his patients live their best lives!! Kudos to the doctor and his staff. EXCELLENT!

Have been waiting sense Feb 2nd for a time and date to have an outpatient procedure done. I have called 4 times, was planning to call again today Feb 21st., but after reading patient reviews I will wait until I go home to Michigan and have the procedure done there. I guess the office staff only knows how to answer their phone, not make return calls, they all were told I only had six weeks before leaving, was told no problem. I also was on hold a total of a few hours. Hard to believe the Florida Medical Hospital recommended Dr. Gonzalez.

For three days I have been trying to get an appointment and been on hold for a told of 4 hours or more and still unable to get through. Looking for a new doctor.

We went to this DR. Rodriguez when he left the room i told my husband this is a JOKE rite he spent more time goofing off HE could not keep his hands of of the young girl that was there taking notes for him he kept grabbing her thigh she would knock is hand of her each time he would grab a little higher never in my life have i been so embarrassed my husband an myself are elderly and i felt sorry for the young girl we had another appointment but i canceled it

Having been a patient of many doctors over the years I have to say that this is one of the worst Dr's I have ever come across. He is rude and lacks every skill needed to provide adequate care for a patient. I can't believe Florida Medical Clinic allows this man to practice under their name. His lack of knowledge and compassion is going to seriously hurt someone one day. Don't let it be you!

Making the appointment was not difficult. However, getting questions answered or phone calls returned when problems arose, was like pulling hen's teeth, even though the problem was with medications that had been prescribed. Still waiting for news on lab results two weeks after the fact. In the process of looking for a new doctor.

Ok so my girlfriend just had back surgery done on her lumbar on the 9th. First 3 daus she was ok. Her follow up was even good. Thrn day number 4 her pain got worse, was walking worse than she was 2 days after surgery, started having leg spasms, burning tingling and pins and needle sensations from her hip to her toes so she called one of the people that did her surgery and finally after 3 phone calls to them over a weeks time they tell her to get to the er which is where we met dr. Gonzalez. Her MRI'S didn't show anything unusual and dr. Gonzalez couldn't find anything so after being at the hospital 4 days he pulled me off to the side and asked me what was going on with her? He said that she just needed to see a psychiatrist because the pain was all in her head. I was getting ready to leave the hospital to go to work and he made me call off because he said he was discharging her reguardless. She couldn't even walk to the bathroom by herself. I was walking her there everyday at the… hospital. The next day we went to the person that actually did the surgery and he knew exactly what is was and is starting her on physical therapy.

Dr .Gonzalous is caring and a great dr. But getting someone in the office to return your call back is ridiculous been waiting over a week for a call back 2 weeks for forms to be filled out I told staff paper work is time sensitive and I could loose my job .they said no prob well alls I can say is what come around goes around .I lost my job because I needed proof of my condition and I dont even know if it ever got to the dr . No call no paperwork ....stay away from jessica she is rude ,I asked if I could leave a messege with nurse, she actually raised her voice and said we dont have voicemail here and alls i can do is send a message THATs IT .....I thought I was talking to a 12 year old ...so either dr needs to.hire better staff or start caring for his patients.

Would not recommend this doctor. He is rude and unprofessional. Made nasty comments. Sarcastic. Doesn't seem to care about his patients. Poor follow up.
