Dr. Angela Sin Lway Chan, MD

I have never bothered to write a comment about anyone, but I could not allow this to continue. Please do not use Dr. Chan. From waiting hours in her office, to being prescribed medicine I clearly informed them I was allergic to, to having to come back in bc of the pain I was experiencing and to not even get to meet with, to me now begging for the results of a test and for them to continue to blow me off. It is clear that the patient is not the concern. Respecting me, my time, or even my health is not the concern. Please take my advice. Find someone else.

I followed all the instructions from the medical provider and still refused to refill my preventive medications. When i insisted on speaking with a provider, I was told by the front office staff that the manger, a non-medical personnel, looked into my medical record and decided that they would not help me further. That is a clear violation of HIPPA. I reported this and have changed PCP!

Front office staff are inept. The office is filthy and right next to a dentist office, so you can hear drilling as you are waiting, which is quite unsettling. The staff does not return phone calls, and are quite unhelpful. Dr. Chan is an okay physician, but the entire experience was awful, and I will not be a returning patient.
