Dr. Angela Kim Crowell, MD

Dr. Crowell was my doctor for 15 years loved her and her staff. They always showed my love and kindness in my medical needs. I am heartbroken that she had to close she practice thank you Dr. Crowell

So for my first appointment I was there on time but Dr Crowell was not there. The nurse opened the door after me ringing 5 times. She told me that I was supposed to be rescheduled but no one had called me and I got all my paper work done and got rescheduled for today at 8 am. Blood was taken at 8.15 and then I waited for 1 hour in the waiting area before being called into the room. There I was sitting (freezing) for another 20 min before I decided to leave... all the nurse said was I understand I'm sorry... seems to happen quite often therre

Good beside manner, very friendly, slow and you sit in the waiting room for a long time. I don't think the doc spends enough time with recommendations and follow up.

Dr. Crowell is the best, she takes time to "listen" to her patient. Should you have any question (s) she alway answer where you can understand. I'm glad she's my primary Physician

I have been with Dr. Crowell since she was a new practioner. She had just graduated from medical school and I had my qualms about a new doctor but here I am 16 years later and I am still a faithful patient. It took me forever to find a doctor I was comfortable with, and while there are times I have to wait, when it is my turn to see her she spends the time I need with me. She is well tuned with my health history, and she keeps me on my toes as far as my well-being goes. I absolutely love Dr Crowell and wouldn't go anywhere else. I have recommended her to all my friends who have recommended her to their friends and family. No-one has been unhappy with their doctor of choice.

come back and say they love her - even men. My husband has been her patient for over 12 years and wouldn't change, nor would I. You can tell her anything and she understands and works with you. Love her!

I am very disappointed in Dr. Crowell and her staff. I've been going to this doctor for the past 4 years. I've always noticed the long wait but didn't complain because I believed that Dr. Crowell was a good physician. Recently, I've experienced 2 seperate incidents where I was instructed to call into the prescription line to leave my information for an order to be filled. Well both times the prescription went unfilled. When you are not feeling well, you need relief. Dr. Crowell needs to get back to the doctor she once was as she is definately not the only doctor in town. Additionally, please train your staff in providing better customer service.

I really like Dr. Crowell, but there has to be some way that she can have some notification service that helps so that patients are not just sitting and waiting aimlessly in her office. I've waited well over 5-6 hours before. The shortest amount of time I ever waited was around 2 hours. The office staff seems to not have any care in regards to making improvements.

Excellent PCP very caring and through evaluations willing to spend as much time as needed with each patient, office staff is also excellent alway's calls to check on your progress well worth the long waiting time in the office.

Dr.Crowell is excellent doctor. The wait time in the lobby is absolutely ridiculous sometimes however once you are seen she takes her time with you. It is a cost benefit situation
