Angela Yat-Sun Nishio, MD

Dr. Nishio is great. She took plenty of time to talk with me and my family , she did not rush us at all. I had to have a biopsy and though it was painful, she talked me through it and was extremely comforting through the entire process. She was so compassionate. I highly recommend her. She is a God sent.

Dr. Nishio turned what should have been the best experience of my life into a nightmare. She missed all the signs that my pregnancy wasn’t coming along as it should have been. Anytime I would complain about not feeling well she would respond “you aren’t feeling nearly as bad as I felt when I was pregnant.” Heartless much? Even though she knew I had a previous surgery which weakened my cervix she did not recommend bedrest like she should have. At 35 weeks I called her to complain about cramps and to ask if I should take it easy and she said it was all normal and there was no reason for me to slow down so I went out and did the grocery shopping but the weight of carrying the bags was too much for my already struggling body and my water broke. In the hospital is when Dr. Nishio turned pure evil. We had discussed a natural pregnancy at the very beginning of my pregnancy and she had promised to give me what I wanted but it was all a lie. She demanded I take antibiotics and Pitocin. Dr.… Nishio threatened to kick me out of the hospital if I did not take the drugs even though I was fully dilated and my water already broke! If you want a natural child birth choose a different doctor.

Disaster. She pretends to take time and pretends to be busy but no... Her staff seemed miserable and my hunch was that she probably was on facebook or something.

I found Dr. Nishio to be the most down to earth easy to talk with MD. She really put me at ease dealing with a Gyn issue that had me very concerned. I have been a non compliant patient when it came to yearly paps but I have now found the MD that made all the difference in the world to me and I will make my yearly appointments and follow thru now....no problem. Thank you Dr. Nishio.
