Saw Dr Ross in Urgent Care setting Dec 2019. I was very sick and had to stay over change of shift for the physicians. Previous MD had worked up my symptoms and laid out a plan of care. Dr Ross came on duty and changed everything the previous doctor ordered, without every talking to me or examining me. I asked for an explanation, and she took an attitude and would not come into the room and talk to (a nurse). I could hear her talking about me at the front desk, and I was moritifed. Dont know why this doctor felt it was not important to explain to the patient why the change in plan of care or try to collaborate with the patient. After all, when I leave the facility, I am responsible for knowing and understanding what to do to care for myself. Know why she is not in private practice. Terrible patient interaction

I went for an annual physical. I am in my 30s, in good health, and a healthy, stable weight. The dr asked about eating habits, exercise, weight gain, etc etc etc. Not really necessary for me, but she also didn't ask about anything else that might be relevant - sexual health, mental health, skin cancer. Nothing but weight for a person of healthy weight.

This doctor and her staff belittled me and were the most unprofessional bunch of folk I have ever run accross as a senior in a medical setting. They asked very personal questions thate were irrelevant (and not on the intake sheet) to the reason for my visit & then prescribed medication to me that I'm not sure she understood why she prescribed it. They laughed at me and the family member who accompanied me to the office. I'm never returning to this facility and someone should give Dr. Ross a bedside manner because she does not have one.

This doctor should lose her medical license, immediately.
