I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kesani and his staff. He came highly recommended by my pain management physician. After multiple spinal injections over the years they stopped working. I then made an appointment to see Dr. Kesani at SpineMD. Denise his office manager got me in immediately. I have multiple areas in my spine where I had bulging discs. I saw Dr. Kesani who immediately figured out the area in my spine that was causing the pain and fixed it with a small surgery. Now I have very little pain. Thank you Dr. Kesani and Denise.

Dr. Kesani is very conservative and always tries nonsurgical treatment in an attempt to avoid surgery. I recommend Dr. Anil Kesani to anyone who needs a spine surgeon.

After seeing multiple spine doctors as well as multiple ER visits and not getting resolution with my neck problem I was recommended to see Dr. Kesani by my primary care. Dr. Kesani figured out my problem immediately at the 1st visit treated me and I am doing much better. I am back to my normal life. He did not recommend surgery off the bat like some of the other doctors that I had seen.

I really liked Dr. Kesani's thoughtfulness and thoroughness. I would highly recommend him to others. In fact I made an appointment for my husband to see him.
