We are so happy with there care and professional staff. Great bed side manners from all the providers, and help with all my billing questions. Would highly recommend this doctor.

Dr Yadav has always been interested in what you feel and listens very carefully to all your concerns. He will then address all concerns to your understanding.

Finally a medical office in small town Jasper that actually cares enough to find out what was wrong with me! The entire staff was kind and caring from the moment I came in until I left there.

Went to them for years and the staff has become so rude we have decided to go somewhere else. The billing department has no experience. I have received other people's records. OSHA really needs to check this place out. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. They obviously don't care for their patients, just the money.

I was very impressed how Dr Yadav took his time and answered all the questions I had. I did not feel rushed at all as I have with other physicians I have used in the past. I highly recommend Dr Anil Yadav and his staff (I have been to both locations at Sixes Rd and Jasper). They are all professional, curtious, and very welcoming.

Used to be a good place to go but has really been going downhill. They will double bill you multiple times if you are not careful. The office staff is so rude, especially the front receptionist and the office manager. Does not care about patient care at all.

Run from this practice. Rudest, most money greedy place you will ever go. Does NOT care about patients at all. Multiple people warned me. I should have listened.

Save yourself some hassle and avoid this clinics extremely high fees. It didn't use to be this way, but now there fees have gotten so high and the want to charge $175 for a 5 min. visit just to review your lab work or even just to renew a prescription. They may be listed as a Health â??Care" provider. But my opinion is there now just a money machine

The doctors are decent but I really think he needs to reorganize his entire office. None of them are friendly and you will never get a call back when you call unless you leave MULTIPLE messages. I have received copies of my stuff multiple times that have patient's lab and medical records on the back. I sure hope my stuff isn't floating around in someone else's possession. I think he has had the same management of his offices for years. I think it's obvious that could be the problem. If you take someone who just doesn't care for the job and thinks they will have it forever, they are very lax in their training of the employees which really shows. They have so many people working there, there should never be that many issues. Things should get accomplished rather quickly. I think instead of worrying about remodeling the office, they need to remodel the office staff.
