Dr. Ann Olpin Riggs, DO

It took less than 24 hours to schedule a routine physical appointment. In contrast the last primary doctor I was looking at took over 2 months to get an appointment. The staff at Direct Medical was very friendly when I showed up for my appointment and I was back in an exam room prior to my 08:30 appointment time with my vitals taken and RN screen complete. Dr. Riggs was very prompt which is something I have not come to expect from a doctors visit. She took the time to talk with me and get a feel for what my needs were as a new patient. We discussed what labs and test she thought were appropriate and the nurse was back in just a few minutes to perform the test and draw the labs. I was told up front what the tests that were not covered by the family plan that we purchased would cost and it was up to me if I wanted to do them or not. I was very pleased with the care provided by Dr Riggs and her staff at Direct Medical. My total bill when I was done was $42.00 for an EKG, labs and 2… prescriptions. In contrast my last 100% insurance covered doctors visit with my ex-primary care doctor was over $145.00 billed to me by the insurance company and that was just for an office visit without any labs or test. Thank you Dr. Riggs and Direct Medical for putting your patients before payments. I would definitely recommended Dr Riggs to anyone looking for a new doctor.

Dr. Riggs is a very caring and compassionate physician. She always asks me great questions and listens when I am explaining my symptomes. She never makes me feel rushed and honestly cares about my physicial & emotional well being.
