Dr. Anna Lee M Bouknight, MD

They do not exceed my expectations, they are very disappointing. I had for the second time in 5 weeks a very severe nose bleed do to a nasal spray that was prescribed by Dr. Bouknight. I was at work the first time it happened, I could not do anything to get it to stop so my employer drove me to a nearby Dr. Care. It seems the spray dissolved the vessels in my nose. They ended up cauterizing my nasal passages. This morning only one side of my nose bled profusely and again I could not get it to stop. After about an hour, packing my nose and applying ice to my nose it stopped. I called to see if Dr. Bouknight could see me and cauterize my nose. I was told that they would see and call me back. Well over an hour later I called them back and I was told the Dr. didn't have time that she recommended the PA but the PA didn't have time either. They recommended the ER. Well what I was asking them to do would have taken 15 min. Is this the answer you would expect to hear from your… doctor? I recommend to you that you do not use this doctor or the office that she work at they are all very cold and uncaring.

Not so much Dr. Bouknight but the main office staff. They never return calls. You could be dying and they won't return your calls.

Dr. Bouknight treats me for esophogeal reflux. She is thorough, patiently answers questions, and overall a pleasure to be around. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I liked Dr. Bouknight right away. She takes the time to explain everything to you and answer any questions. Professional while being personable at the same time. Very pleased with my experience regarding surgery and appointments both before and after procedure.

I am thoroughly happy with the choices she made to treat me, how she explained my situation to my wife and I (although I was coming out of anesthesia at the time) my wife was satisfied with the discussion they had. Dr. Anna L Bouknight is without question, outstanding in every possible way. She is beyond question among the best three Doctors I have ever met. If you are looking for a Doctor who far exceeds expectations and is everything you could want, she is your choice. Her care for me in a very serious matter was fantastic. I would recommend her unreservedly. All doctors could learn from her.

This doctor came highly recommended by my family doctor because he thought she would find out why I continue to be sick with sinus problems. My first visit was a little upsetting since she said she was going to get me a sample and never returned, nothing, the nurse came back with a rx. Then after the cat scan, the nurse called and said Dr recommenced using the nose spray which wasn't working oviously, and I questioned that so she said talked to Dr again and she suggested surgery. I wanted the Dr to call me to talk so I wouldn't have to pay another expensive copay. That was over week ago!! Still haven't heard from her. Very upset!! Now I have to find another doctor. So upset. And I voiced all these things to her nurse Beth. Soooooooooo disappointing!!!

She is the best!
