Dr. Anna Michaelin Fieldman, MD

Dr. Fieldman is lovely but her secretary is seriously rude and condescending. I would prefer to stay with the doctor, but I dread having to deal with her secretary. I’m hoping that she gets another secretary because I really like Dr. Fieldman and feel very comfortable with her.

THIS DOCTOR HAS ABANDONED HER PATIENTS IN CRISIS. REFUSES TO RETURN CALLS AND FOLLOW UP WITH HER PATIENTS. LIES ABOUT KNOWLEDGE OF CERTAIN MEDICAL CONDITIONS. DANGEROUS BUSINESS PRACTICES AND QUESTIONABLE BILLING INSURANCE PRACTICES. CHECK YOUR BILLS! THIS DOCTOR IS DANGEROUS TO WOMEN. AVOID!!

you will wait forever for the doctor she will not advise much she will pass you to the NP she nor anyone will advise you of test results no one in the office will let you speak to the Dr Fieldman or the assist MD.

Dr Fieldman will not see you, is not available and will not return your calls. I am not sure this is a medical office now.

'm extremely dissapointed and saddened by the rudeness and lack of work ethics by both Edna the receptionist who thinks she's a dr by telling me what my diagnosis is and isn't and telling me nausea medicine is only for pregnant woman and if I'm nauseous I should take a pregnancy test, when I know in fact I'm not pregnant I'm on birth control and they know that. As a doctor, dr fieldman should know that nauseua is a side affect of the birth control. she refuses to help me & ignores my emails

Dr. Fieldman is a wonderful doctor - attentive, patient, punctual, thorough and personable. Her staff (specifically the lady named Donna) is truly atrocious. She is rude, impatient, and is unnecessarily snarky. Every phone call is a huge burden to her. If you ask to speak to the doctor on the phone, or call for test results, be prepared to wait for days and call multiple times to remind her that you are still waiting. She has yelled at me, hung up on me, and was mean on several occasions. I cannot stand it. I am in my third trimester, and I am looking for a different doctor because I dread seeing this lady at every appointment. It's a shame because I really like Dr. Fieldman.

I gave 4 stars only for the doctor. Her front desk staff deserves no stars. I think the doctor is wonderful however like others have commented her front desk secretary Donna is extremely unprofessional and rude. It makes me not look forward to my appointments and any extra question I have she makes it seem like I am burdening her. I unfortunately may have to look elsewhere for a doctor because of her secretary.

I've been seeing Dr. Fieldman for probably 10 years and have been very pleased with her care. However I am seriously considering switching practices solely because I came to dreading checking in with her front desk secretary who's been working at the office for the past few years. She is ALWAYS so rude or at least strangely cold and unnecessarily blunt with patients, in person and over the phone. I have seen her talking to one young lady in such a condescending, disrespectful way on some minor issue and to this day I regret that I did not say something to defend the girl (too shy to stand up for herself). It baffles me why Dr. Fieldman would continue to employ this person. One thing a woman certainly does not need when going to the ob-gyn (and sometimes dealing with sensitive, emotional issues) is to face this egregious lack of courtesy.
