Dr. Anna Pace, MD

She is just not experienced enough yet (although with time I'm sure she will improve). She didn't present other migraine alternatives aside from triptans - none of which worked for me. She then passed me along to her medical Fellow who was even less experienced. I've already found another neurologist who specializes in migraines and even though I've had to pay out of pocket, it's worth it as he has provided a lot more options for relief ranging from medications to botox to holistic treatments. He is also very well versed in new migraine discovery treatments whereas Dr. Pace was not.

Dr Pace May be knowledgeable in her field of medicine but is certainly missing a key component in her people skills! I am a recent widow with 2 small children, I have MS & am treated at Mt Sinai, I work, have a mother I care for with dementia & a brother in Sloan Kettering with terminal brain cancer....enough on my plate. Was told to keep a migraine/stress journal & bring to next appointment. I was 10 minutes late, I kid you not - 10 minutes. I even called the office & said I was stuck in traffic would be 15 - 20 minutes late. Thought 10 minutes we would all be happy. Was told the dr would not see me. Asked to speak to supervisor who spoke to Dr Pace...she concurred. I had to reschedule! Nope, never again will I give her my money. There are too many other Neurologists with just as much knowledge!

Amazing bedside manner. Really care about the people she cares for
