Dr. Anna Marguerite Walsh

Dr. Walsh was the supervising physician during my appointment. Unfortunately, I am not certain of the name of the resident who primarily saw me, but the interaction made the visit very uncomfortable. Dr. Walsh came across as overly arrogant and condescending, and her communication style felt aggressive rather than professional. Even the two other residents present appeared uncomfortable during the encounter. At one point, I felt pressured by what seemed like a high-pressure sales pitch for LASIK surgery. While I am considering LASIK in the future, I would not feel comfortable pursuing it with this provider. I have no reason to question her medical competence or qualifications, but her bedside manner and communication skills need significant improvement. Patients should feel respected, informed, and comfortable during their appointments, and that was not my experience. As a result, I will be seeking care from another physician.
