Dr. Anne Elizabeth Cole, MD

Dr. Cole listens to you, asks appropriate questions and in general makes you feel comfortable. Atanna, her assistant, is a delight, she attends to you in a very professional way and makes you know that she is conveying your information to the doctor. I have been seeing them for years.

Anne is great and cares about her patients.

Overall experience is ok. Office staff definitely needs some training on courtesy. Dr. Cole is nice and spends time with you and understand your concerns.

It took over 10minutes on hold before getting an appointment. The staff was not courteous or friendly. When I had to cancel the appointment, it took another 10+ minutes on hold and she never asked whether I wanted to reschedule. Needless to say, I will not be going to that office.
