We just had our first appointment this morning and everyone there was beyond thoughtful, pleasant, and knowledgeable! They went over everything in detail and were so professional! Our nurse, Alyssa, was fantastic at explaining everything and Dr. Whitlock was so patient and thorough! We’re so excited to go back next time!!

Dr. Piantanida-Whitlock used wrong codes for Lab work. I was charged $300 for the tests that supposed to be covered free of charge by preventative benefits available with my policy. I asked nurse, doctor, office administrator Dayna and Sacred Heart management Anita Sue to help to resolve the issue. Nobody even called back. It's the most arrogant and negligent, ignorant and disrespectful doctor I've ever came across. Her concern is only revenue. Patients time does not matter, only hers.

Poor bedside manner. Young doctor that's a know it all. She thinks others doctors options are irrelevant. Very low low class for a dr to badmouth other physicians. Will never use again

Dr.Whitlock is a straightforward, professional and kind physician. Listens and answers all your questions. Explains very well the medical conditions, risks and complications involved in your decisions. I did have some complications with my delivery, but I trusted Dr. Whitlock and everything was rewarding. I now have a healthy baby boy. She came by every day after delivery to check on me and see if I have any questions. The nurses Lisa & Nora are caring and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Dr. Whitlock and her staff to anyone. I am very thankful to have her as my physician and I will be forever grateful.

I was sent to the birthing center due to severe abdominal cramping and fluid leaking after a car accident and she was the on call doctor. She was very understanding, explanatory, and comforting. She treated me and monitored me and all ended up being fine. I had been having issues with my regular obgyn and immediately switched to her at 24 weeks. I have had nothing but great experiences with her.
