haven't seen her in 8 years. Got a robo call trying to drum up business. This was totally 100% unprofessional.

I just received a message from Dr Judge's office that I need to call and reschedule. I did so immediately and was told by Angela that because I had not done my new client paperwork two days prior they were cancelling my appointment. I explained that I had done the paperwork on line and she said I had to drop off paper copies and that I could not do this on line. I was told that I could do the paperwork online and received text messages urging me to complete the paperwork on line. She said that I was incorrect and that all the staff there tell patients they have to bring in paperwork in person two days ahead. She insisted that I was wrong (is this the proper way to address a patient?) and that if I would immediately bring in the paperwork I would be allowed to keep the appointment. I don't even have any "blank" paperwork from them in emails or any other method to fill out by hand. I did this all online to include signing HIPAA and other medical forms. Why do they even have the… online site with all the forms and history questions, if they still also require a hard copy??? I am a retired veterinarian and our profession also requires us to have certain paperwork completed by our clients; however, I would NEVER have treated a patient/client this way and cancelled an appointment. I already had to wait two months to get this appointment and now I will have to find another clinic. Dr. Lisa Judge is veyp professional and kind.

My first appointment with Dr. Judge was also my first appointment with a gynecologist, I was 16 years old and saw her consistently until I left for college at 18. I always had to wait (as mentioned in previous reviews) one or two hours. On top of that I felt that her visits were short and rushed. More importantly, she always made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and almost seemed judgemental, frequently asking questions that didn't seem necessary or appropriate and then often times would make comments, to this day I still remember her making several comments that would leave me feeling uncomfortable. I never realized the extent of this until after I moved away and saw different gynecologists who have exceeded any prior expectations that I had (due to my previous experience with Dr. Judge).

I was a long-time patient of Dr. Judge's, only to find that I was: 1. Misdiagnosed. 2. Misled and told that going without a period due to birth control pills (at age 35) is a "perk" and I should be grateful. NOT! This is shameful misinformation being given out as going without a period will cause cancer - which Dr. Judge should know from her medical experience as well as her own mother's death. 3. Overcharged - three years later! Last visit was three years ago but now she has decided to harass me for visit that was already paid for. When I proved that I had paid, thanks to great personal record keeping, she then made up a charge for lab work that was never done. If you choose to deal with Dr. Judge and her staff, BEWARE and keep your proof of payment!

Dr. Judge has been my doctor for 6 years. She diagnosed my problem after one visit when I had multiple visits to other doctors before her without getting proper treatment. She is kind and professional. Her staff is very helpful and courteous.

This woman criticizes way too much. She also makes her patients wait 1 hour to 3 hours to be seen because she takes an hour to arrive after her first patient does. Lacks people skills.

The office was freezing cold. I showed up early for my appointment (like they asked) and still waited 1.5 hours to be called back. After another 30 minutes sitting in an exam room, shivering because it was so cold and all they gave me was a thin robe (no sheets, no blanket) I left. I spent my entire morning there. She is so disrespectful of her patients time. Unless you are willing to take an entire day off of work to see her, I would say go elsewhere.

I and several of my friends and family members use Dr. Judge for our annual exams. I can't speak to how problems are diagnosed because, so far, I haven't had any significant issues. But Dr. Judge and her staff are all warm and professional. Phone calls are answered right away and they don't mind answering simple questions over the phone. Also, unlike in some practices, when you make an appointment with Dr. Judge, you see her, not a nurse practitioner.

It's worth the wait time. Dr. Judge spends so much time with her patients. She never makes you feel rushed, you can ask and questions and take as much time as you need. She is wonderful! I wish all doctors were like her.
