Dr. Anne Nguyen Truong, MD

She is very loud and doesnt listen to a word you have to say, I would not recommend her to anyone she accused me of being a lier, and didn't want me to come back basically because I couldn't afford to buy her $ 300.00 a month supplements I mean come on a Dr. cant help you because you wont buy her . I could go on and on about her bully rude behavior

While some patients were less than happy with Dr. Truong's directness, I appreciate a doctor that is honest, upfront, and will tell me exactly of her diagnosis, and how she can help me going forward. Dr. Truong is one of the best in her specialty. She is highly regarded by her peers and patients. She's often a speaker and trainer at medical conferences. Dr. Truong helped me greatly when I suffered from knee pain. She avoids cortisone shots and will do state-of-the-art treatments. Her main goal is to help patients get back to normal. I was able to function again after Dr. Truong treated my knee. I trust Dr. Truong to care for myself and for my family!

Waste of money. If I could give Dr Truong zero stars I would. My teenager has suffered from arm pain for many years. We went to see Truong last week for a very expensive not covered by insurance consultation. she recommend a couple of items that would be helpful to revealing the pain. Today we went for the first treatment. While Dr Truong's front office staff are wonderful and sweet, Dr Truong is a bully. She's abrasive and not at all interested in making a person suffering from an anxiety disorder and depression feel safe and comfortable. We were upfront about what my teenager suffers from and how things work better for her. We spoke to them after the consult and were told they would work with us. NOPE! Dr Truong said my teenager was not in a mindset that would be conducive to receiving treatment. In a very harsh and critical voice, she informed my teenager that "I don't have to treat you. It is my option to treat you." Well, it was my option to walk out the door with my teenager and… NEVER EVER step foot in that place again. That's too bad because we were hopeful. I only recommend going there if you like to feel like you have been hit by a bus and the only thing that occurred was a consult. Both times, my teenager was left in tears feeling worse off when we left than when we arrived. AWFUL woman.

I went to see Dr. TRUONG for my knee. She and her staff took their time and she has me going thru physical therapy. It's not an over night change but it is working. Dr. Troung isn't one that gives a shot and you are on your way. She tries to work and seek the best way to keep my knee (swelling & arthritis) in the best shape for an extended time for years without injections that can break down the muscles and tendons that support my knee. I really like that she does not use cortisone. This is a working progress on myself and Dr. Troung and I appreciate all that she is doing for me. Dr Truong did a PRP procedure on my torn rotator cuff, in which i was in severe pain and very limited in motion. I was set for surgery the next week and went to her by referral from a friend and she said she would be able to repair my shoulder without surgery. i am happy to say after 2 weeks of injections and 6 weeks of therapy, i have full use and my strength back. THANK YOU DR TRUONG, you are the best!!! Warren Cooper

I was treated by Dr. Anne Truong a few years ago for unbearable back pain. I was on vacation and my back was so painful I could barely walk. Dr. Truong treated me even though it was a Saturday and the office was closed. She was very thorough with her examination and treatment. I got so much relief that I was able to continue my vacation with 8 hours drive to Hilton Head in the car the next day! Dr. Truong is also very knowledgeable in other areas of pain management. She treated my husband with extreme pain in his knee and provided much-needed relief. I trust Dr. Truong and was grateful she was compassionate and capable when we really needed help.

i had a tear in my rotator cuff. Dr. Truong used PRP on my shoulder. She was very straight forward about the importance of physical therapy. After a few weeks I was back playing tennis with no pain and no surgery. Highly recommend Dr. Truong and staff! Brenda C.

THIS IS THE WORST DR EVER. I HAD A APPOINTMENT AFTER FOUR WEEKS OF WAITING, CALLS ME 24HRS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT TO TELL ME I HAVE TO HAVE A DEPOSIT OF A 100.00 BEFORE THEY WOULD SEE ME, TO SAY THE LEAST VERY RUDE, I HAVE ALWAYS PAID MY BILL ON THE SAME DATE, THEN THE APPOINTMENT I MADE WAS FOR A TRIGGER INJECTION, AND THEY TELL ME OH WE DON'T KNOW YOU HAVE TO BE CHECK OUT. I HAVE BEEN CHECK OUT FOR THIS AND HAVE HAD TWO INJECTIONS. AS I WAS GETTING UPSET ASHLEY GETS ON THE PHONE VERY RUDE AND ABRASIVE WITH ME , OVER TALKS OVER ME WHEN I AM TRYING TO EXPLAIN I AM IN PAIN AND HAVE HAVE HAD THESE SHOTS BEFORE, SHE SAID I WILL TALK TO DR TRUONG , CALLS ME BACK LEAVES A MESSAGE AND SAY'S WE CAN'T HELP YOU REFUSES TO SEE ME. THIS IS WHAT KIND OF PRACTICE NO CARING AND RUDE. SIMPLY AWFUL!!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure why anyone who possesses less than zero listening skills would ever choose to become a doctor. On my most recent visit I had to tell my story no less than 4 times and everything I said to Dr Truong had to be repeated at least twice. She gave me two different treatment plans that completely contradicted each other and decided at the last minute that everything I have had done up until that point was BS. She never offered me the "miracle'' treatment she advertises. I have to wonder if it even works. I could type all day about the negatives of stepping foot in this office but I will choose to better spend my time finding a doctor with a heart and ears and who I don't have to inspect my invoices with a fine tooth comb not to be charged twice for the same service.
