Dr. Anne Margaret Vano, PhD

After trying multiple therapists and coping mechanisms that seem to not work, I was fortune to stumble across Dr. Vano. From the moment you speak with her through the phone you get a sense of empathy. She is extremely understanding and attentive to your needs. I also appreciate how communicative she is, if you don’t reach her office she will get back to you as soon as she can and not just leave you in the dark. For the first time I encountered a psychologist that will randomly shoot you a text to see how you are doing. I highly recommend Dr. Vano for your sessions, she truly cares for your well being.

I had the opportunity to book a consultation with Dr. Vani. Even though she wasn’t taking new patients at the time she was kind enough to take the time to work with me. From the moment I started our session, I felt comfortable and at ease discussing my personal issues with her. She was incredibly empathetic and understanding, and I felt like she truly listened to me without judgment. She helped me navigate through some difficult emotions and provided me with ways to cope with my feelings as well as referred me to another therapist colleague of hers. I appreciated her gentle approach and guidance. She also checked in on me several times which showed me that she truly cared. Overall, I recommend this therapist.
