Dr. Anneliese Odila Gonzalez, MD

The last time I had an appointment it took 45 minute wait to see her…I felt she was a very good doctor but I don’t know why she (or the office) stopped giving me an appointment…I was also on Prolia & that also stopped without any explanation.. I think someone should have told me why…she used to send me to mammogram/bone density…also stopped?!

When out of the blue I was diagnosed with breast cancer, Dr. Gonzalez broke the news to me in person, explained clearly what I had going on in my body, explained why an MRI was needed to check if there were problems in the other breast (there were), and gave me hope along the way with all gentleness and kindness. Her staff was always upbeat and the team under radiologist Dr Hse in the Breast Imaging Center Dr. Gonzalez uses is superb. Dr. Hse thoroughness found the cancer in a previous mammogram I'd had done at Tx Women's which had been called clear. Her analytical ability together with Dr. Gonzalez's abilities to know where the disease could be lurking in me certainly not only saved my life , but caught it so early that hopefully the cure won't be too dramatic.

This Dr saved my wife's life by her quick planning and aggresive treatment planning. I would recommend her for any one who feels at a loss at a time of complete of hope. R a
