The worst experience ever. Her staff treated me indifferent. They had me wait for over an hour in a room and then told me to go back outside and wait. Very unprofessional. This I will not forget and I will tell everyone I know. This is the same doctor who also works out of UM UHealth.

The worst experience ever. They had me sitting in a room for over an an hour and then tell me the doctor’s backed up, please go back and sit outside. It’s unprofessional to over book yourself. This is the same doctor who works out of UM.

Excellent Doctor

I didn't even get to see this doctor. I waited 2 months to see this doctor! The minute I walked in the secretary handed me a phone number and said please call your insurance and get a referral number! I questioned, if you needed a referral number, why wouldn't you ask me before I walk in the door. She said they tried calling and left a message. I said no I only received one call from their Radiology Department this morning, who was calling me to verify that I was coming, because their office was backed up and falling behind on calling patients, so whomever wrote that is lying or she was! One of many bad signs. I complied and called the insurance company which I knew was going to be a long process. I was on hold with them for over an hour. The insurance company told me no referral # was needed and they didn't know that the office was talking about. Had the office did any insurance check or contacted me or the insurance they would have known that. They had my information for 2 months… before my appointment! They had plenty of time to do there due diligence! This is why I walked out! If they made this many mistakes before I get to see the doctor I can imagine the kind of care I'm going to receive and it's not the quality of care I expect in the staff and doctors I see, so I'm out of there! I'v been a nurse for over 25 years and I have never seen an office run so poorly. Looks good on the outside but doesn't run well! Find another place!

Closed-minded, inexperienced, condescending, inaccurate, unprepared, curt and inflexible!
