Dr. Anoop Kumar Goyal, MD

I saw Dr Goyal yesterday went over my symptom's and he just blew me off telling me there is nothing he could do. His front desk girl seemed very frustrated and rude when anyone came up to window.

THIS ORDER LAB WORK ON ME, LABS CAME BACK POSITIVE FOR H-PLORI. UPON RECEVING THE RESULTS, I CALLED HIS OFFICE AND THEY MADE ME AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY. SURPISEINGLY, 20mis LATER HIS OFFICE CALLED ME AND CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT. WHEN I ASK WHY, I WAS TOLD, THAT THE DOCTOR SAID THEIR IS NO NEED FOR ME TO COME IN, AND HE WILL CALL SOME MEDICATION IN TO MY PHARMACY. I CALLED MY PHARMACIST SEVERAL TIMES THAT DAY,THEY HADN'T RECEIVED NOTHING FROM THIS DOCTOR. NEXT MORNING I CALLED THE DOCTOR, TO FIND OUT WHY I HAVEN'T HE SENT THE PRECRIPTIONS, I TOLD HE IS BUSY WITH OTHER PATIENTS. LONG STORY SHORT, HE MADE ME WAIT FOR A WHOLE WEEK, WHILE I SUFFER IN PAIN, BEFORE HE CALLED MEDS IN FOR ME. THIS DOCTOR HAS NO COMPASSION,AND THE WORST PATIENT CARE I EVER EXPERIENCED. I AFTER FINISHING THE MEDS HE GAVE ME, I STILL HAD SOME ISSURES, I CALLED HS OFFICE, TO LET HIM KNOW THAT THE PROBLEM WAS NOT COMPLETELY ERADICATED. HIS STAFF TOOK MY MESSAGE,HE NEVER RESPONDED, AFTER SEVERAL… ATTEMPS OF CALLING HIS OFFICE, I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THIS DOCTOR. I WAS IN SO MUCH PAIN ONE NIGHT I EVEN CALLED HIS AFTER HOURS ON CALL SERVICE, THEY SENT MY MESSAGE TO HIM,AND HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK TO THIS DAY, ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS NOW. ITS LIKE HE DON'T EVEN CARE AT ALL. THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HE SHOULD BE REPORTED,WHICH I DID REPORT TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY. SO IF YOU WANT A DOCTOR, THAT DOESN'T TAKE YOUR HEALTH CARE SERIOUSLY, THIS IS THE DOCTOR FOR YOU.

Dr. Goyal has no bedside manner. He has never been on time to any of my appointments. When he finally did come into the examination room he sat down as far away from me as possible. He did not examine me. He didn't touch me. He has told me on at least two separate occassions that he didn't know how to help me, he did know what was wrong with me, and the way he was treating me was akin to throwing wet toilet paper at the wall and seeing which one sticks and he's supposed to be a Gastroenterology specialist. Ha!

Horrible office staff. no call backs, no follow up, nothing. It is not worth the stress of dealing with his office staff to ever go back to see Dr Goyal.

Excellent professional healthcare clean office and surgery center.

Had an emergency colonoscopy this doctor never examined me, during the procedure I woke up screaming, did he put me out again, no he told me to hold on a little longer , never came to see me to tell me what he found, was asked to call my family member told the nurse he did and he didn't . My entire body spine area and hips are black from being held down during the procedure. The worst expierencr of my life and I still have the pain, have to see another doctor asap because they found blood in my stool and he overlooked it.

Had a 4:30 appt yesterday. At 5:30 there were still 2 people ahead of us. Nurse was very rude! Office is dumpy. Office staff was offended when we thought they should apologize for doctor running late. We ended up leaving and will never return. Wish I could give no stars for overall rating.

Front desk staff is very discourteous and does not listen. I was told to follow up from hospital within 5-7 business days from an emergency procedure and was told I would have to wait over a month. I told staff to have dr. call me himself and then my appointment was made within a reasonable amount of time.
