Dr. Anthony Frances Bongiovanni, PhD

Our family including our adolescent son saw Dr. Bongiovanni for years many years ago. I can honestly say he and his staff helped to save our family. His direct care with our son who was a young teen in the beginning helped to shape our son into the fine young man he is today. He is a terrific father now, amazing life partner and is graduating college in Dec. to go into psychology for children. Dr, Bongiovanni and his staff carried our family through some of our worst days and we came out the other side. Thank you Dr. and staff.

My experiences with Dr. Bongiovanni in a custody evaluation is that he is very biased against women, and very sympathetic to batterers. He formerly had a close association with Jamestown Fathers Rights, where the officers all had histories of assault and trespassing. Due to his evaluation, my 4-year-old daughter went into the custody of her father, a man who threw me into a wall when he found out I was pursuing a divorce. It took 11 long years, including contacting a New York state assemblyman, to get CPS to investigate abuse complaints. Finally, they did investigate, and, at minimum, discovered that he was an animal abuser with dead and dying animals in cages all over the house. Then I finally got custody back., though not without an additional court fight. After getting counseling with a competent and caring psychologist, my daughter is doing well. No thanks to Dr. Bongiovanni.
