Was there Thurs for a re check of my shoulder with Rick. I had a knee replacement many years ago that went beautiful. My only issue I'm having pain in my shoulder going for mri. But I was told I would be receiving meds for the pain in the mail. Rick said Thurs but for sure on Friday. Never received any meds so here's the weekend I have to suffer with my pain. Not very happy about that. Otherwise everyone is very nice. But I'm guessing he forgot to put in my meds in the computer.??

Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Capp & his staff! Recently relocated to the area & needed a new hip - didn’t know him till I walked into the office...put me at ease immediately! Very thorough, took time to explain everything & GREAT sense of humor! Puts you right at ease! Even the hospital (Good Samaritan) was THE BEST!!! From beginning to end, the doctor & the staff were TOPS - especially during these difficult times of COVID that we’re living in, they kept my wife up to date every step of the way! Even the home care (Catholic Home Services) that they arranged for nurses and physical therapist, were outstanding! In ending, there was not one person that I came in contact with that was not extremely pleasant, helpful & knowledgeable!

Dr Cappellino is a top shelf Dr in my book ,he is very thorough, and professional ,and his assisstant PA Rick Abraham is also very thorough and professional and they really care about their patients and their staff is excellent

DR. CAPPELLINO AND PA RICK ABRAHAM ARE JUST WONDERFUL THEY ARE BOTH GREAT DOCTORS. VERY ACCURATE WITH DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT. VERY CARING. OFFICE STAFF IS VERY ACCOMODATING AND FRIENDLY. PHONES HAVE IMPROVED 99%. I WOULD DEFINITLY GO BACK TO DR CAPPELLINO

Did a fantastic job on my husband's hip replacement. Office visits are a breeze, and his entire staff is on point.

He may be a great doctor but he has to clean up his office practices. I left a message and I was told that I would be called back before the end of the business day which didn't happen more that once.

The worst staff I have ever encountered. Don’t even think of calling. You will never reach a human being. Told them my plight when I went there in person & it fell onto deaf ears. Never saw the doctor by the way. Just the PA

5 dislocations

Made an appointment for 5:00, waiting room full. Asked if all were ahead of me, answer was yes. Left work early for this appointment to be told "You will have a much longer wait than 1/2 hour". Was making another appointment when same girl told me that making appt. did not mean I would be seen at this time. Other than this girl, everyone else very nice.
