My recent visit with Dr. Costrini was also my first. I had a pulmonary specialist , but I have recently relocated. Dr. Costrini reviewed my history and proceeded from there. After a short exam and conversation, Dr. Costrini conferred by present medications were on track. Dr. Costrini was warm, compassionate and positive! Dr Costrini, is one of the best doctors in his field of work that I have ever met. The students that work in respiratory care think the world of him. My mother had a stroke, and if it had not been for his treatment of her, she would have never made it. I highly recommend him to anybody that is lucky enough to have him as the primary doctor, pulmonary doctor, or sleep study doctor.

Dr.Costrini has been my doctor for many years.I cant say enough good things about him.He is kind and treats you like you were the only patient he had.

Dr. Costrini is one of the best doctors I have been to. He is highly skilled in his field, his interaction with me as a patient is caring and honest, and he is not focused on how much money he is making. You will not see signs posted everywhere about this and that. He is very patient oriented.

I was on active duty in the Army when I saw Dr Costrini. I had got the run around for years and the Army doctors kept telling me nothing was wrong. When I almost ran over 20 children at a school crossing I said enough is enough, I need help. Dr. Costrini listened to what I said, asked me several questions, and nail down a diagnosis within 3 visits, running test each time. When he diagnosed me with Narcolepsy and gave me medicine to get it under control, it was life altering. I was 39 when he diagnosed me and my wife and son were fed up with me falling asleep all the time. I even fell asleep in a dance club in Savannah when the music was booming, my friends were standing in front of me, and my wife was giving me the stare down like "really, here". Dr Costrini fixed me with 1 pill a day and changed my life. Thanks!

The staff seemed professional until I met Lakeesha, the receptionist. She is surprisingly rude and unprofessional and she is not willing to answer any questions, they only make her angry. My first experience with this situation occurred when I called the office to ask her a question and she refused to answer me and just hung up on me. When I called back, she began shouting at me and telling me that she doesn't do anything but direct the phone calls and I needed to call back after 5 and leave a message and someone will call me back. I asked her when should I expect a return phone call and she said she did not know and hung up on me again! I have never observed such erratic behavior come from a professional establishment such as this and it has definitely raised my suspicions for the entire staff.
