Dr. Anthony Deiorio, MD

Dr. Deiorio is a very special doctor, one not often encountered today. In my eighty-three years I have rarely, if ever, met a more professional, honest, understanding doctor. I had a blocked bile duct. When I first met Dr. Deiorio, he explained the situation clearly and immediately put me in the hospital for tests, He personally saw me every day and kept my family and me informed about everything. When the time came, he did the procedure perfectly, and rather than phone my fiancee, who had gone back to my room to rest, he went uo to the room to talk to her. A secondary large stone required a specialized procedure not done locally, and there was a time factor involved. He personally called me several times to update me about a doctor in Tampa who had the equipment to do the procedure. Dr. Deiorio's office made all of the necessary arrangements, and he personally called me to follow up on my appointment and on the results of the procedure. I've never really been much of a… "doctor" person, but Dr. Deiorio is outstanding. I would welcome his advice in any medial situation and I would trust him with my life.

My father was seen and taken care of, in an emergency situation by Dr Deiorio. He was handled with such great care, love and expertise!!!! His office crew is caring and very very attentive!!! He is a blessing and thank you for taking such great care of my dad!!!

Nice guy, takes time, but did a poor job. Every visit was a changed story. Simple hernia repair, but incision lenth, pain and rececovery longer than others. When asked, he replied said he meant to say that others use smaller incision techniques. Still have discomfort 10 months later. Never did a real exam. Stay away.

Recently diagnosed with breast cancer. He took care of me quickly and was very kind and caring. The staff was just as professional and compassionate.When going for radiation, I was told what a good job the surgeon did. This is a GOOD doctor.
