He is a good doc but his staff is AWFUL!! their secretary is a clueless chinese girl and she is not professional. many young girls (high school age??)running the place so dont ask them about anything regarding insurance, they know nothing. strongsville office is disgusting and outdated make an appointment at your own risk!!!

Smart guy, knows his stuff. doesn't force surgeries and prescriptions on you like other dermatologists I've seen, he really cares about making you feel better. will refer my friends and family to him from now on

Very thorough in treatment and makes sure to follow up with you. Spends time with you, doesn't rush. Scheduling an appointment is never a problem, they'll usually get you in the same day/week or the following week

Dr. Elias is very knowledgable and has an excellent office staff. The only thing negative is that in order to talk to his office staff the calls and appointments are done through a call center which I do no like.

Dr. Elias is a true professional. He knows what he's doing. He followed up promptly by phone. I wish all doctors were like him.
