Dr. Anthony Ronald Ricottone, MD

He may be a good surgeon, but as others have said, he's condescending, gets angry when you ask questions, draws pictures like you are a 2 year old, and appears to hate his job. The last straw was when I had to have a very invasion, procedure. During the procedure he told me if i didn't calm down it was going to hurt worse. During the scope he told me I had an enlarged prostate. I asked him what the prognosis was and he said when I started having problems we could talk about that. I left the practice and the office called me to tell me Riccotone said I was no longer his patient. Give me a break. Rude fool!

The first time I saw Dr Ricottone was about 20 years ago. He diagnosed and promptly treated me. I have had to see him with more issues recently. He is always professional and respectful and more importantly competent.

I could not wait to post this review. This MD is awful. All the negative reviews you read about him are true. I think he writes his own positive reviews to try to negate the negative ones. They all have the same tone. He may have gone to MD school but he skipped the classes to learn kindness and compassion. Shame on you Ricottone.

Dr. Ricottone knows his craft. I've been a patient for over 5 years, and he has always been courteous, respectful and answers any questions I Have.

I saw this doctor 3 times. He is rude, arrogant, and impatient. He refuses to be questioned. He raised his voice at me during our last conversation. I asked him to calm down. He did at first but then became loud again. I pointed out his inappropriate behavior again. He told me not to tell him to calm down. He is the doctor and to find another one. I didnt realize he owned the place. I don't understand how someone is coming to you with a serious problem and you treat them with disrespect. He needs to understand the patient is his paycheck.

Arrogant & rude ! Never listens to pt or follows up ! My huband hemmoraged after procedure and both Dr & staff were unsympathetic! Told us "go to ER " even tho he was IN THE OFFICE

He is the best....Saved my life ....great attitude and bedside manner..Been taking care of me for five years...I tell ya this guy knows his stuff....talks to you like a regular person...

Was very rude and defensive to both myself and my wife. Treated us as if we were idiots. Will not go back to him. I will NEVER tell anyone to go to him. Staff was very nice. I do not know other MDs in the practice, so this does not reflect their professionalism. The other MDs should be aware of these reviews. Would love to see him gone.

Dr Ricottone took time to review my full medical history, was empathetic, and spent enough time with me to address my concerns. The staff was courteous and friendly.
