I had a septoplasty and rhinoplasty with Dr. Sparano about three weeks ago and I already love my results. As someone who has worked in a clinical setting myself and who used to work alongside Dr. Sparano, I have a true perspective on his standards. I chose him for my own surgery because I have seen firsthand his meticulous technique and unwavering commitment to patient safety and happiness. I am only three weeks out and I can already breathe so much better. Like many of the patients at my time point, there is expected minor swelling, but as I progress I know segments will resolve and reveal a beautiful nose, as I’ve witnessed for all other patients I've seen myself. Despite having to do a lot of bony work, I personally had zero black-and-blue bruising. I can already see the refinement in the tip and I’m so excited to… see it progress throughout the year. There is nobody who cares more about their patients than this man. He's operated on 3 of my high school friends and at least 5 of my relatives and they couldn't be happier. Love him!

I was very nervous about this procedure and interviewed many doctors. When I met Dr. Sparano I felt very comfortable with him and his staff. You can tell he cares very much about his work and his patients and everyone in the office is very sweet. I'm now about 3 months out and love love love my results. I wish I did it sooner.
