So far I have had an important procedure or office follow up canceled 3 times. If I call for results , none are given until your “follow-up” 2 weeks away! I have been sent to the wrong place for blood tests or other test numerous times. Now an important procedure has been canceled because the office staff did not send the information to our health insurance to get authorization! This is after having my referral, checked in on line, copayment sent. But less that 24 hours from appt a message that no authorization for insurance! So we deal with not only a life threatening disease, but have to be stressed about trying to get the office staff to do their jobs!!

Dr. Vernava has been my doctor for 18 years. He is a terrific doctor and surgeon. He has always been there for me. I would highly recommend him. Angela is his nurse and she is also terrific. I can always count on both of them.
