Dr. Anthony Scott Winter, MD

I went to Dr. Winter to get help with a lot of issues that have been seriously hindering my everyday living for the last three years. I was asked to get all information from the doctors I had previously seen for this problem before I went in. I went for my appointment ready to discuss my problems. His assistant was the one I saw and I would see the Dr. at the end for five min. She was not interested and did not want to hear the reason I was there. She made the diagnosis that I was not getting enough sleep and recommended a sleeping pill. True to her word the Dr. came in for 5-8 min. still not interested in my situation. As I was leaving, the assistant said she would give me a list of names of Phycologists and Counselors if I wanted to speak to someone. ??? What did I go for? I guess since Dr. Winter is part of a teaching hospital he wanted my information for himself and his students to use. I had an allergic reaction to the medication in which the assistant could give me a different… one that had even harsher reactions. If you want mental help this is NOT the one to go to.
