Dr. Cruz is highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. Although he is very busy due to his expertise, he remains accommodating and truly listens to his patients’ feedback. I have been very pleased with my results. He always takes the time to address all of my skin concerns and creates a thoughtful treatment plan to achieve the results I am looking for. Additionally, both my brother and father underwent Mohs surgery and were extremely satisfied with their outcomes. Dr. Cruz and his team are thorough in ensuring patients understand each procedure and feel comfortable throughout the process. I recently had an excision and will be undergoing Mohs surgery next month. I cannot express enough how thorough and attentive this practice is. Skin cancer is very serious, and having doctors with the expertise to properly identify and treat it provides tremendous peace of mind.

Dr Cruz was efficient with seeing me on time for both recent appointments. He offered treatment options ranging from aggressive to conservative and guided me toward the option that best met my medical needs. When dealing with skin cancer, his care is what I want.

I made an appointment and office didn’t have me on the schedule The front staff seemed to be trying to discuss this with dr Cruz and his staff nurse. I’m guessing they were trying to fit me in and called me in. When I asked what happened the nurse said I didn’t have an appointment and I was demanding one!!! Dr Cruz never saw me and the manager came in and was less than helpful. I left without being seen after wasting an hour waiting. Unacceptable way to be treated by a nurse or any one in a health care setting. I have been a patient there for as long as it has been opened and with dr Welch for 20+ years as well as my family.
