Front desk personnel lack people skills! I tested negative w/antibiotics for Covid & they told me I was still contagious, they scared the crap out of me? They claimed that was listed in CDC guidelines & refused to treat me! They then proceeded to act like I was a leper? Scared me so bad I went & had another test of which I am still negative for Covid-19 & NOT the least bit contagious! I think front desk needs more training on cdc guidelines!

The front desk staff were catching up on personal talk and didn't have time to check me in for 20 min. The medical assistant kept interrupting me when I tried to tell her my history. She didn't explain any procedure to me. I had to ask each time. It takes months to get an appointment just to be treated bad. My insurance pays for this! I never felt welcomed to this place.

It's all about money ?? and insurance, can't select the Doctor ????? of our choice. Staff ignored my complaint when I called at 8:05 a.m. And we can't transfer from Prado without a referral from Tony Prado. It feels like we are boxed into a corner and at their mercy. We saw Dr. Cuva on the first visit and then Dr. Plous on the second visit, apparently money ?? is always the first priority in the conversation. 2) It also took 3 personnel staff to get the pictures of my mother's eyes ?? both times we were at the Brandon office. Both women didn't know how to fully operate it and needed assistance from James. " I didn't know, you could operate it like that ," said one ?? of the two women operating the machine.

Dr. Prado blamed me for not taking care of my eye problem earlier. If I had known, I would have. Very disconcerting.
