This doctor only has an interest in profit... ARC is better than this place. Make sure if you have labs that they don’t shove you off to a 3rd party lab that will cost you 400.00 for an annual exam because they are trying to free up more room to get more insurance money out of people. They will also charge you if you don’t cancel your appointments however the number on here goes to Randells pharmacy and the other number on here is some guy out in Leander. When I first looked this doctors up the review were great and I waited a long time to see her.. it was a total waste.

Dr. Rangarajan is an excellent doctor. She absolutely cares about her patients. Yes, she speaks fast, but that does not mean she does not care. She takes copious notes on her laptop about everything that you say. Her diagnosis is generally rapid, but accurate. My initial impression was that she rushed things, but then I realized she was spot on regarding treatment options and feedback. I will take the smartest doctor any day of the week over a doctor that has great bedside manner but does not have the same expertise or talent that Dr. Rangarajan has. Keep up the great work, Dr. R. You are helping me change my life for the better. I realize you are super busy, but that is because you have a full patient load. Remember, if your doctor always has time available, they probably are not the best doctor to go to... You have a lifetime patient here. Marcus Reynolds

Types on laptop all times during visits. Don't feel she listens to me when I ask questions and mention some health issues. She always seems rushed. Staff nice but last visit they never rescheduled me or even call me to schedule. (Never been back since) They on another ocassion cancelled a 6 month appointment so they could take on end of year health savings account patients which they over booked. Suppose Dr R was in it for the money. I'm looking for better care and Doctor that is interested in me.

Great Dr. She asked alot of questions and showed concern about certain health issues. Time checking in and being seen was really quick. Visit went well.

Very informative and knowledgeable

Doctor communicates efficiently in reviewing overall health with explanation comprehensive to diagnosis. Makes eye contact and discusses plan for improving health.

If you can, choose a different doctor. She rushes her patients, doesn't listen, doesn't explain. Just wants you out of the office. And she discusses private information and treatment on the corridor!

She doesn't listen...too busy going down a check list on laptop. Interrupts and assumes. Has no idea of what we have discussed on previous visits. Made me feel worthless.
