How I wish I could give a negative star on this review. Her staff are horrible! The rudest, ludicrous, insensitive, incompetent, non-sense, no breeding and arrogant secretaries I've ever encountered. Especially the one named, Paula. I thought that the staff were the only problem, but lo and behold, the doctor (Dr. Mendhiratta) is much worse. Very unprofessional!. Doesn't know how to listen. Quic to judgement. Doesn't care a thing, but to milk on the insurance of the patients. Keeps on scheduling follow-up consults for maintenance meds refill, but misses the most important consult of all, your wellness check. This is the only Doctor whom you need to make a medical appointment if you have a document queries or requests.. So, they would like to charge your insurance and co-pay for a question over the phone regarding technical matters and totally non-medical thing. If I were you, you should RUN, don't walk, but RUN!!!.. Keep away from this Doctor and her practice at all… cost.. Because this doctor and her staff will give you a heart attack by humiliating and grossly accuse you of things you did not do so that it woudl cover-up their incompetence and gross mistakes. If you have medical condition rather than high blood pressure... These people will surely make your blood boiling and would definitely give you a stroke!.. This practice puts medical practice in the lowest of all the lowest.. NO SHAME!!!!

I’ve been here twice first visit was fine doctor was okay.Older Indian speaking lady from the front was selling me life insurance and wanted me to join and gave me her phone number.I find it very disturbing and unprofessional. Second visit wasn’t all that great the doctor has poor bedside manners. I will be looking for a new doctor.

The doctor was nice but the front person, the older lady was rude and it seemed like she couldn't understand what I was saying. She has horrible communication skills. Besides not understanding what I was saying, I couldn't understand her myself. When I asked her for a pen I had to ask her like 3x times and when she gave it to me she threw it on the counter. The other girl seemed nice I wish I could've spoken with her but she had taken a patient back.

I was in pain with a Uti recently and called the office for a same day appointment and a young lady by the name Hazel picked up and was very courteous and understanding to my needs she helped me get a same day appointment which made me feel pleased due to the pain I was in. Dr. Mendhiratta addressed all my concerns quickly resolved my health issue. To put the icing on the cake The young lady that answers her phones also is her Medical Assistant! Hazel was wonderful! Overall great experience.

The doctor was wonderful and her MA Hazel was very kind, she was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. She was very helpful with answering any questions I had.

During my first physical with her, she diagnosed a condition that would have been fatal for me. I am so thankful that I switched to her. I would recommend her to anyone.

I don't need warm-fuzzies or handholding, but I've never had a doctor who just honestly didn't seem to care if I was healthy or not. She was incredibly dismissive and super impatient with my questions (there was no one else waiting!) I got seriously bad vibes, and it was just an awful experience. Front office staff was fine, but the woman who drew my blood was just as bad as the doctor. How can an office that routinely draws blood not have somewhere a patient can lean back if they tend to get lightheaded? I get it, people who have issues getting blood drawn are pathetic, but I promise, you don't want me fainting in your office.

The most thorough physicians. Not always warm and fuzzy

While I'm sure there are some good things about this Dr. I wouldn't know because I never had privileged of seeing them. In fact this Dr. was very cold and unemotional and gave me the feeling she did not care about me at all. I often left an appointment feeling belittled, hopeless and unheard. Dr. Mandirattha never once smiled at me. She may no her stuff but I need a doctor who not only knows her stuff but cares about their patients too and most of all like what they do. Based on her behavior I would say that she hates her job.
