Dr. Araceli Yapor, MD

She’s horrible and extremely rude. Horrible bed side manners answering cell phone while I’m in the office. On top of the 45 minute wait the nurse came in a few times to ask her questions so I got on my phone and then she has the odacity to ask me to get off my phone and look at her as soon as the nurse left, I’m sorry I’m paying to see you not vice versa. She also had me do numerous blood work and testing I did not need for paper work I needed filled out I guess she just wanted to bill the insurance. Don’t bother going to her, I gave her two chances. Should have read her reviews.

Dr. Yapor is very unprofessional. She will be having personal conversations on the phone with God knows who and you will be sitting in the room waiting over 30 min after you waited 2 horus in the waiting room. If you appointment Is at 1 expect to be seen at 3 or 3:30. Staff is great but her as a professional she claims to be seems to lack basic manners

Doctor, really? My two visits with her were useless. She did nothing for me. Find a different doctor. Also they over charged me for my copay (verified with insurance).

This Doctor has change the office staff, but the problem is not the staff

They schedule your appointments half an hour after they tell you "so you can be there on time to fill out paperwork" The first appointment I had to leave to pick up my children without being seen because they were dishonest about my appointment time. Husband went in today for 145 appointment. They failed to tell us over the phone that although his was really for 145 they wanted him there at 1. Needless to say he was told that they would not see him because he was late. That was only after he filled out all his paperwork. Office is very unprofessional and treats adults like children who can't be responsible for arriving on time for an appointment. Apparently they think they are the only onw's who's time is valuable.
