Dr. Arash Giancarlo Vishteh, MD

Dr Vishteh is a credit to his profession. A wonderful doctor and person. There are not enough words of praise to describe his care. Recently, I heard he has retired. There will be a great void in his field without him.

I had been dealing with extreme back pain for the past 8 years. Numerous doctors prescribed pain med, I did PT but ultimately nothing worked. My insurance declined to approve my surgery with one surgeon and another doctor was way too eager to cut right in. I found Dr Vishteh on Google he has literally changed my life. I no longer have any pain after my L5/S1 fusion and I'm starting to resume a normal life. I would recommend Dr Vishteh to anyone with chronic pain. Wish I could rate him a 10 star review.

Dr. Vishten is a great surgeon. This past summer he operated on my neck and my lower back. I have been in pain for over 25 years and after the surgeries, I am pain free. I am a new man! Thank you Dr. Vishteh!

During the entire experience from first visit to post-op visits for my cervical spine surgery, Dr. Vishteh, his right-hand, Dana and everyone associated with him were genuinely caring and top-notch. This highly skilled neurosurgeon and his team deliver a personal, caring small town experience in the big city of Phoenix.

After a year of living with constant, severe 24/7 pain, I contacted Dr. Vishteh's office and was able to get in to see him very quickly. My first impression was this is the doctor who I knew was going to get the job done! He reviewed my MRI's , x-rays & medical history and told me straight up he could help dissolve my pain. Dr. Vishteh did not disappoint. He identified the problem, which two other surgeons failed to do, and after a successful surgery, I am 95%pain free. His entire staff mirror the awesome person that he is. I feel blessed to have found this Neurosurgeon. One final comment, Dr. Vishteh has been nominated by his peers as one of the top 20 surgeons across the country in his field. Hard pressed to find a better surgeon!

Dr. Vishteh was all that his reputation had made him out to be and more. He was great with me in my initial visit in explaining my condition and what needed to be done. His personality and approach with my wife and i was awesome. We both felt very comfortable with him immediately. That is a very important part of the process for me. I also need to recognize his amazing assistant Dana who was awesome with the pre and post op follow up. She was great.

Nice friendly staff and his assistant Dana was incredibly accommodating. Together Dr. Vistheh and I sat down to review the MRI. Dr. Vishteh thoroughly explained the results and answered any questions I had. I was impressed with the Hospital staff's high opinion and respect for Dr. Vishteh during my surgery stay.

Dr. Vishteh was an amazing surgeon helping me resolve my back issues with a herniated disc. He was very nice through the entire procedure and explained everything very well. The entire team that works with him was great, Dana and Debbie. I have no leg or back pain post operative. It is amazing that he repaired my back and allowed me to walk with no pain again. I would recommend him to anyone having back issues as a surgeon. It’s never fun to have surgery, but this was a great result after his skilled hands.
