Horrible customer service. I called them to pay a bill and the lady on the other end was very rude, annoyed and threatened me with a collection agency once I asked to talk to a higher authority after I inquire about the total amount. I was surprised that they charged me 31 days overdue and I wanted to discuss that. I never received a second bill and it's very debatable. It's not about the money but their service and poor people skills.
